What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment? Please notify us at least 48 hours
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, a no-show/late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card(s) (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. You may also want to bring a list of questions you have for the psychiatrist or medical provider.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer various payment options. If you are interested in self-pay options, please refer to the "Fees for Services" section on our website for updated rates. You can also contact our office to discuss these options.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major insurances except United Health. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits and coverage. If you have two insurances, we require coordination of benefits (COB) to be completed to assign primary and secondary insurance.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for many services, providing convenient access to care from the comfort of your own home. Please inquire about telehealth availability when scheduling.

Do you offer weight management treatment?
Yes, we offer comprehensive weight management treatment that addresses both the psychological and behavioral factors contributing to weight issues. This may include specific approaches like nutritional counseling, lifestyle coaching, and medication management.
Do you treat addiction?
Yes, we offer comprehensive addiction treatment services, including medication-assisted therapy, counseling, and support groups.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We are actively hiring therapists for our practice. While we are actively building our therapy team, we do collaborate with therapists in the community and can provide recommendations as needed.
How does TMS work?
TMS uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain regions thought to be involved in mood regulation. It is a non-invasive procedure and does not require anesthesia.
What is TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation)?
TMS is a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain. It is an FDA-cleared treatment for treatment-resistant depression and may also be helpful for other mental health conditions. We offer TMS therapy at our practice.
How does Spravato work?
Spravato works on a different brain receptor than traditional antidepressants, the NMDA receptor. This may contribute to its faster onset of action and effectiveness in some people who haven't responded to other treatments.
What is Spravato (esketamine)?
Spravato is a nasal spray medication approved by the FDA for treatment-resistant depression in adults. It is administered in a certified medical setting under the supervision of a healthcare provider. It works differently than traditional antidepressants and may provide rapid relief of depressive symptoms. We offer Spravato treatment for eligible patients.
