Before meeting with your provider, please carefully follow steps noted below.

  1. Check-in is required before your meeting. Our staff will call you for check in and verify your appointment time. If our staff has not checked you in, please call our office at (302) 660-7200. 

  2. Copays, balances and other fees must be paid prior to seeing the provider. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company whether telemedicine is covered in your plan or not. You are responsible for all fees if your insurance company doesn't cover your session

  3. Update your pharmacy information if applicable.  Also, check with your pharmacy regarding availability of your medications particularly controlled medications (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, Suboxone etc).

​  Note: Your doctor may not see you if you don't check in with our staff first.
